Sample Not Collected (In Online Payment Case)

These are  below scenario the entire amount will be refunded 

  1. If booking is done non serviceable pin code 
  2. If customer book the test multiple time due to technical error 
  3. If service provider not ready to give services at any time amount will be refunded fully 

Sample collected but not processed in lab 

  1. If due to some transportation issues and technical issues or sample leakages will be refunded 100 % refund 
  2. After processing the sample in lab amount will not be refundable 

Sample collected & processed and reported successfully.

No refund on cancellation subsequent this scenario 

Sample collected, processed but cancelled fully by respective laboratory (all tests unreported) due to technical reasons

  1. This kind of scenario medloogle team again collecting the samples with free of cost ( Home collection & Lab process cost ) Both will be engaged by company with existing amount which is collected from the customer )
  2. If customer not agree for next re sample collection company will pay 100% refund amount , Refund will only applicable for 30 days in the accounts ( Account number , IFSC , Branch , Account  holder name provided by customer )
  3. Once refunded is processed it will take 6 to 10 working days to reflect in your account 
  4.  If any errors in reports respective processing lab will be responsible , Why report will get Normal or Ubnormal – Medication , Clinical history of patients , Fasting samples , Non fasting samples fluctuate , Temperature affect , etc
