Beta HCG test is related to beta-protein found on the hCG hormone produced during pregnancy. It is considered positive when hCG levels are more significant than 5.0 ml U/ml. The doctors do the vitamin B-12 test to measure vitamin B-12 in the blood or urine to gauge the body’s overall vitamin B-12 stores.
